Ralf Sarek and his team, Jeff and Seth are what i call top shelf. I had a problem i just could not diagnose; they took care of it and the repair. They also gave my Landrover a thorough inspection and a list of things i should think about repairing, which is much appreciated since i bought a used rover that wasn't taken care of very well. Now i know what i need to repair and finally get rid of some of those annoying performance issues. And by the way, Ralf offers to pick up the vehicle if you can't drive it in. Awesome!

When my 34 yr old Rover needs work...... she makes the 100 mile trip to Sarek every time. This time...it was a cracked exhaust manifold and a new turbo, because when it's that old it's ALWAYS something. The Sarek team of automotive magicians are the gold standard in my book. Truly a shop where you feel like you get the service that you pay for and in this day and age...... that's not the norm.

I was pleased with the service and the friendliness of the staff. This is my new Range Rover go to repair shop, even though RANGE ROVER of Richmond is much closer.

We're thankful for a service center near our home, instead of having to travel, or have our vehicles transported, to Broad Street or Midlothian. The service is always first rate and cordial. The staff is accommodating and informative. We've experienced a high level of comfort and trust from the vey first interaction.
