Best shop in Richmond period, from the receptionist to the technicians. Very professional and very knowledgeable, hands down best service I've received when dealing with my car.

I came here on the off chance they could help me in a quick emergency. Sure enough they could help. One of my parts broke under my car and it would take me about 5min to fix it. The came out right away and help me do it. If not, I know the part underneath my car wouldn't make the 2hr drive home. I give them a 5 star for great timing, speedy, and friendly service.

Taking your car to Sarek is like shopping at a boutique---Great customer service, attention to detail, employees actually caring about your personal wants and needs, and caring about you well after your visit. Taking your car to a dealer is like shopping at Walmart---Poor customer service, rude, no employees actually caring to know your name or your story, and not caring about what happens when you leave. Sarek is worth going to for great mechanics, great service, and continuous care. I will drive (or get towed) well out of my way to get my car worked on at Sarek.

The guys at Sarek are great, they are an ever improving shop that really works hard to do the right thing with every customer. Although they may not always be the cheapest shop in town they are trustworthy, which is invaluable when safety and reliability are at stake. They perform a comprehensive checklist on every car every time which helped identify a number of major safety concerns. I love that they are trying to change the "industry standard" for the better and I recommend them to anyone that has a Rover in this area.
