Jeff, Matt, and the team at Sarke Autowerke are awesome. My Defender 90 broke down on I-95 on Sunday evening and I was stranded without a critical part. On Monday morning, the two local Land Rover dealerships said the part needed to be ordered from the UK and would take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. After an Internet search, I discovered that I was less than 10 miles from Sarek. I spoke with Jeff in the morning, and he said they would sort me out. Once we arrived with the tow truck at Sarek, having seen all the other Landy's in the parking lot, I knew I was in the right place. They sourced the part, did a complete inspection, and had me back on the road that afternoon. It was a great experience!

I appreciated the fact that Jeff kept me informed throughout the process, as my vehicle was in their possession. Additionally, providing me with a rental car, for the time period my car was being repaired was a very helpful, in terms of my needing to get to work. I found Jeff to be the consummate professional.
