I brought my vehicle in for repairs, which turned out to be covered by the factory warranty. You all still took the time and care to educate me on what to do with dealing with the dealership, which helped me immensely. The fact that the staff went through such lengths to help me even though they weren’t able to get my business is something that goes a long way with me as far as trust. I will be taking my vehicle here for any matter and nowhere else.

The work performed was done with excellence. I had previously visited the shop and had a bad experience with the previous service manager. Sarek management learned of the experience and contacted me to bring my vehicle in to correct previous damage caused by the initial visit. Sarek's new service manager was very professional and ensured that my vehicle was properly taken care of. I gave this review a 5-star because of the manner that Sarek owned up to its prior mismanagement and made things right. My faith in this shop has been fully restored and I will continue to use them as long as I own this particular vehicle. Well done!!

SAREK is a Top Shelf BMW / Land Rover Auto Repair Shop located conveniently on Brook Rd right up the street from Parham Rd. I took our BMW X3 to Richmond BMW for an inspection and they passed it without noticing the front Tie Rod was very loose. My wife started complaining about road vibration, so I called SAREK to see if they could check our X3. Without any hesitation John, the best Shop Manager ever offered a rental so my wife could get to work. I have dealt with with a lot of shady, untrustworthy local shops and I have never experienced this level of customer care and consideration! SAREK cared from the beginning and when a quote was presented, John offered us (2) financing options that were perfectly tailored to my wife and I. This financing helped so much because this time of year we have Children Birthdays and the Holidays.....what a blessing! I took my newly acquired 1989 Land Rover RR to Sarek for the first time and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They are meticulous and really made me feel at home. Not only were they very communicative and upfront about the issues they found, they were super easy to work with. As a Land Rover enthusiast I want the team that works on my Land Rover to ber knowledgeable, experienced, and enthusiastic about the marque. They clearly know and understand contemporary Land Rovers; my challenge to them was to take two heritage Land Rovers, a 1967 and a 1976, and combine them into one, and within my budget. The Sarek team worked with me to determine the elements and systems of the vehicle that required refurbishment and/or replacement. When problems arose [inevitable with old vehicles] they overcame them and kept me informed the entire time. The afternoon I picked it up, I drove a 500 mile round trip across Virginia. Three days later, I drove it 750 miles from Virginia to Maine. I could not be more proud of the result, nor of the work completed by Sarek

I live out of town and was buying a used car in the area. I had the seller drop off the vehicle to Sarek, and they did an amazing inspection and report for me. Very thorough and excellent customer service. Took the time to review all points with me. Couldn’t have done it without them, and would definitely use them again as well as recommend to others.
