My husband and I are so thankful and appreciative of Sarek. Our LR4 broke down on I95 while traveling home. Not knowing the Richmond area, we frantically started searching for a reputable independent Land Rover Specialist. A significant amount of work to a job I had entrusted to another "land rover professional" and one who took my money and left me hanging. That said Ralf, Jon, and the team righted the wrongs and got my Disco back on the road. *High level of communication. *Exceptional customer service which in turn has built a foundation of trust. These guys truly saved the day! I was passing through town on 95, heading home to Alexandria, when my car overheated. Sarek has my car towed to their shop and me in a rental heading home in less than hour. All issues were promptly communicated and services were done with no surprises. Always get my car back in great shape and never disappointed with the work. I moved to Williamsburg from the Richmond area and continue to drive to Glen Allen because these guys are great—personable, professional and very well skilled in their trade. Have had several quirky problems with my car that they have always been able to diagnose, and they are always conscious of my budget. Highly recommend.

I brought my vehicle in for repairs, which turned out to be covered by the factory warranty. You all still took the time and care to educate me on what to do with dealing with the dealership, which helped me immensely. The fact that the staff went through such lengths to help me even though they weren’t able to get my business is something that goes a long way with me as far as trust. I will be taking my vehicle here for any matter and nowhere else.

The work performed was done with excellence. I had previously visited the shop and had a bad experience with the previous service manager. Sarek management learned of the experience and contacted me to bring my vehicle in to correct previous damage caused by the initial visit. Sarek's new service manager was very professional and ensured that my vehicle was properly taken care of. I gave this review a 5-star because of the manner that Sarek owned up to its prior mismanagement and made things right. My faith in this shop has been fully restored and I will continue to use them as long as I own this particular vehicle. Well done!!

Jon Crain did an amazing job with a pre-purchase inspection on a Land Rover I was in the market for. I'm based in Los Angeles so he made the process very easy. Would highly recommend.
