I have nothing but the highest remarks for this shop. Very honest. Very nice. I have a feeling they are looking out for me and my wallet. Thus far everything has been great. Unfortunately I purchased a used BMW that has had nothing but issues and I really appreciate these folks looking out for me.

A significant amount of work to a job I had entrusted to another "land rover professional" and one who took my money and left me hanging. That said Ralf, Jon, and the team righted the wrongs and got my Disco back on the road. *High level of communication. *Exceptional customer service which in turn has built a foundation of trust. These guys truly saved the day! I was passing through town on 95, heading home to Alexandria, when my car overheated. Sarek has my car towed to their shop and me in a rental heading home in less than hour. All issues were promptly communicated and services were done with no surprises. Would definitely recommend Sarek to ANYONE looking for a specialty mechanic. A+++

Always get my car back in great shape and never disappointed with the work. I moved to Williamsburg from the Richmond area and continue to drive to Glen Allen because these guys are great—personable, professional and very well skilled in their trade. Have had several quirky problems with my car that they have always been able to diagnose, and they are always conscious of my budget. Highly recommend.
