I was having problems with my 2009 650I BMW and I took it to a trusted mechanic who gave me all types of horror stories after just doing a scan. After thinking it through I realized that he just didn't want to do the work anymore so I was referred by one of my best friends to carry it to Sarek. I have seen this place before and heard good things about them so I decided to give them a try. I had never gone before because I am usually loyal to people I do business with.. whoever gives me value and satisfaction but my person failed and it was time to find another mechanic. From the very beginning after speaking to John and Jeff I felt relaxed that they would find my problem and fix it. I assured them that I was in no hurry & for them to take their time and they did. They called me with updates and apologized more than once for keeping it in the shop because they were short-handed I really appreciated that but as I told them I was in no hurry at all and to take their time and they did. So far my problem is fixed my car is running great I can't say enough how pleased I was with their professionalism but also with the Personal Touch of having conversation and a few laughs. There is no doubt in my mind that they will be number one on my list to take care of my 2 BMWs in the future. I get calls all the time asking for references for different things especially vehicles so far Sarek will be number one on my list thanks again guys and I will see you again!

Jon and team were nothing short of professional and exemplary! Took my daughter's Mini in and they provided frequent updates on the repair process and even saved me a TON of money by recommending I submit a claim in to my insurance company to cover most of the cost. This will be my "Go-To" shop from now on for any work on her Mini. Thanks again team!!!

as always..... or for at least as long as I have owned my Landrover 90, Sarek has done all of the work on her...... sorted the issues and fixed them. They stand behind their work 110% and in this day and age that means something..... see ya next time. Because with a 33 yr old Rover, there's always a next time.

Being the owner of a classic imported Land Rover, finding the right service professional to meet my needs has been a challenge. Only got a diagnostic done for my car but they took care of me! From giving me a detailed summary on my car to getting me a rental and a ride to and from the rental spot. This is going over the top customer service! Very happy with these business and will be using them again moving forward!

Ralf Sarek and service representative Jon were both very professional and took the time to explain each and every issue that my 2000 Land Rover Discovery Series II had. I could tell they truly cared as much as I do about the car. Furthermore, the technician who worked on my car knew the unique problems, (with Disco's) and best, least expensive, quality repairs actually saving me unnecessary expense, (which I have experienced at dealerships). My Disco, which I take off-roading often and has almost 250k on it and runs, drives as if it were new. I would not hesitate to take any of my vehicals to Sarek Autowerke. Thanks guys!

The process was easy and once we decided our approach on what we wanted done, the work was done quickly. The report they gave us on our vehicle was amazing.
